Notifications, background tasks, automatic synchronization or alarms do not work correctly for "Example App" on your Samsung Galaxy Tab A 10.1 (2019)?


  1. Open the "Settings" of your device.
  2. Choose "Apps".
  3. Find "Example App" in the list of apps.
  4. Tap on "Example App".
  5. Choose "Battery".
  6. Tap on "Optimize battery usage".
  7. In the drop-down list at the top, switch from "Apps not optimized" to "All".
  8. Find "Example App" in the list of apps.
  9. Next to "Example App", make sure the switch is turned off, i.e. with its knob or handle at the left.
  10. Leave by pressing ○ ("Home") at the bottom of your device.

  3. If unsure, consider uninstalling the app claiming to "clean" or "boost" your device.
